I work exclusively with adults to offer face-to-face and online psychotherapy, counselling or coaching sessions. Sometimes a combination of therapy and coaching can be useful.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation.
ALD Therapy is located in Chadderton, Oldham. It’s easily accessible by the M60 and M62 motorway networks and by rail.
